Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment team and drive business growth through strategic hiring initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Lead, coach, and develop a team of 15 recruiters and sourcing agencies, specializing in both outbound and inbound recruitment strategies.
  • Strategy Development: Design and implement recruitment strategies that attract and retain top talent, aligning with the company's goals and client needs.
  • Performance Monitoring: Set performance metrics, conduct regular check-ins, and provide feedback to ensure the team meets hiring targets and maintains high standards.
  • Sourcing Expertise: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and other sourcing methods to find and engage high-quality candidates.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Sync with Sales: Collaborate with the Sales Manager to track and close deals with clients by understanding their staffing needs and ensuring recruitment aligns with client expectations and timelines.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a management role within a staffing agency.
  • Remote Work: This can't be your first time working remotely.
  • LinkedIn Recruiter: You have to know how to use this along with Boolean searches.
Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
