**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our outreach and growth in Employer of Record (EOR) services. This pivotal role involves strategic sales planning, lead generation, and execution to expand our client base.
**Responsibilities**
Developing Sales Strategies: Design and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive interest in our EOR services, focusing on lead generation and conversion. Identifying potential clients through cold calling, email marketing, and strategic outreach, creating a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads.
International Market Expansion: Exploring and cultivating relationships in international markets, effectively communicating our EOR value propositions to meet diverse client needs.
Sales Management & CRM Tracking: Maintaining accurate client data in the CRM, tracking sales progress, and managing follow-ups to optimize the sales cycle and conversion rates.
Collaborative Growth Initiatives: Partnering with internal teams to gather client insights, refine service offerings, and adjust sales strategies based on client and market feedback.
Strategic Leadership: Providing guidance and fresh ideas to elevate our sales processes, offering insights into best practices and potential areas for growth.
**Requirements**
Sales Expertise: Proven experience in a sales, lead generation, or business development role, preferably in EOR, B2B services, or similar industries.
Language Skills: Advanced conversational English, confident in communicating with international clients.
Outbound Sales Success: Demonstrated experience in cold calling, email outreach, and generating successful results through various sales techniques.
CIRM Proficiency: Knowledge of CRM systems for tracking sales progress and client interactions.
