Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional with a strong background in economics to maintain our in-house Company Database. This role involves updating company profiles, uploading financial statements, and ensuring data accuracy and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Database Maintenance
  • Update company profiles in Brazil according to predefined criteria and create new profiles as needed.
  • Upload, update, and quality control financial statements to ensure proper display on the user interface.
Data Quality Assurance
  • Regularly check the EMIS UI to ensure information is up-to-date and accurate.
Collaboration and Support
  • Work with regional or global product/development teams, sales, and customer support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and migration to new EMIS products.
Requirements
  1. Excellent command of the English language in writing and reading.
  2. Good command of the Portuguese language in writing and reading.
  3. A degree in Economics or Finance is highly desirable, as well as an understanding of economic concepts and financial statement reporting formats.
  4. Experience with Excel (formulas, pivot tables) is a plus.
  5. Understanding database fundamentals is a plus.
