As a Human Resources Specialist in this exciting role, you will be responsible for managing local payroll providers, benefits brokers, and other partners, responding to client queries, advising on benefits, international payroll, and other HR matters, and maintaining accurate customer records.
Your extensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Colombia will be invaluable in ensuring seamless service delivery and navigating complex HR issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR concepts, practices, procedures, and employment laws in Colombia, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual who can leverage their expertise in employment laws, compliance, and HR management to drive GP's goals and objectives.
Key qualifications include a BS/BA degree or higher in Human Resources, International Business, Accounting, Law, or related fields, 4-6 years of experience as a Human Resources Specialist/Generalist in Colombia, and proven expertise in employment laws, compliance, and HR management.
