We're seeking an exceptional Lead Data Engineer to spearhead the technical execution of our ESP migration project. This role requires deep expertise in Snowflake architecture, data pipelines, and integrations, as well as strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

About the Role

This is a key position that involves leading the technical execution of the ESP migration, ensuring efficient data integration between Braze/Iterable, Snowflake, and the CDP.

  • Technical Execution: Oversee the technical execution of the ESP migration project, ensuring seamless data integration and alignment with business objectives.
  • Data Pipelines: Design and optimize data pipelines to support migration and integration processes, utilizing expertise in Snowflake architecture.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and ensure solutions align with business objectives.
  • Data Security: Ensure data security, governance, and compliance best practices throughout the project.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Deep Expertise: Strong expertise in Snowflake architecture, data pipelines, and integrations.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience working as a Data Engineer or related positions, focused in Snowflake.
  • Skills: Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues in large-scale data environments.
