As a Sales Representative at CloudPSO Inc., you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion in Latin America. You will be responsible for leading generation and prospecting activities, identifying potential clients in the IT, technology, and staffing industries, and presenting and pitching CloudPSO's solutions to prospective clients.

About the Role

This role requires excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) for pipeline and lead tracking, and a strong understanding of IT outsourcing, cloud services, managed IT, and compliance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients in the IT, technology, and staffing industries, use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling, and email outreach to connect with decision-makers, and build a consistent sales pipeline through proactive strategies.
  • Sales & Business Development: Present and pitch CloudPSO's solutions to prospective clients, conduct discovery calls and needs assessments, prepare customized proposals, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and deal closure.
  • Relationship Management & Account Growth: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers in target companies, provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
