We partner with innovative companies to improve their AI models by providing human feedback.
As a collaborator, you will work with our team to train AI large language models, helping cutting-edge generative AI models write better code.
Projects typically involve discrete, highly variable problems that require engaging with these models as they learn to code.
No prior AI experience is required.
About the Opportunity:- Collaborate with Outlier to train generative artificial intelligence models.
- Work remotely with flexible hours, allowing you to contribute at your convenience.
- Craft and answer questions related to computer science to help train AI models.
- Evaluate and rank code generated by AI models.
- Currently enrolled in or completed a bachelor's degree or higher in computer science at a selective institution.
- Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in English.
- Excellent attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines.
- Average pay rates for core project work by Tier 1 coding experts are $10 USD per hour.
- Rates vary based on expertise, skills assessment, location, project need, and other factors.
