RFP Strategist

The RFP Analyst at InEvent will play a pivotal role in creating RFP opportunities for our company. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with the proposal team.

• Prospect and identify RFP opportunities for the company;
• Foster strong relationships with the proposal team to ensure smooth communication and alignment;
• Lead proposal strategy sessions to define objectives and align on approach;
• Analyze proposal requirements and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution;
• Present comprehensive proposal updates during review meetings;
• Develop and communicate responsibility matrices to clarify roles and expectations;
• Maintain and manage team biographies for inclusion in proposals;
• Edit proposals to enhance clarity, grammatical accuracy, and maintain a cohesive tone;
• Establish and adhere to proposal deadlines;
• Provide direct support to the Proposal Team Lead;
• Prepare and deliver regular RFP updates;
• Oversee the accuracy and organization of shared resources;
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to refine proposal processes;

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 2 years experience working on RFPs;
• Experience in the event or tech industry;
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills;
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Teams, and Outlook;
• Strong planning and organizational skills;
• Remote presentation skills and problem-solving abilities;
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt quickly;
• Excellent research skills;
