SAP Customer Success Manager - Digital Transformation Expert

SAP is a global leader in enterprise software, and we're looking for a talented Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful adoption and utilization of SAP solutions by our customers. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer success plans to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs
  • Provide training and support to customers on SAP solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing customers

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a consulting or sales environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish, with other local languages a plus
