About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Copywriter to join our team at Monks. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute creative concepts that meet and exceed client expectations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our marketing efforts
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to junior team members
  • Contribute to the development of our brand's visual identity and messaging
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role (Copywriter, Editor, etc.)
  • Advanced knowledge of spelling and grammar
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (in Spanish and English)
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, desire for autonomy, and ability to build something amazing
  • Fluency in English is required
