As a key member of our global security program, you will be responsible for managing a comprehensive travel security program that ensures the safety and well-being of our business travelers and expatriates worldwide.
This role involves establishing global program standards and procedures to enable regional teams to assess and control risk, while attaining high compliance levels. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including Global Travel Operations, Regional Security Leaders, SE Insurance Risk Management, Medical, International Mobility, Export Control, Cybersecurity, Procurement, and external partners to optimize programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and monitor program performance metrics to assess maturity, risk exposures, and incident response
- Support incident and crisis response efforts, including implementing global country risk level changes, publishing internal risk advisories, and coordinating security extractions & evacuations
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to minimize exposure and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in a global security program role
- 3+ years of experience leading a global travel security program
- Practical personal risk management experience, including risk assessment, planning, controls deployment, monitoring, and after-action reviews
- Stakeholder management skills across diverse cultures, functional disciplines, and seniority levels
- Proficiency in IT tools, including Microsoft Suite, Teams, and data analytics tools like Tableau/Power BI
- 3rd-party Travel Security digital tools proficiency (e.g., Travel Tracking)
