Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cst Administrator to join our team at Royal Enfield in Bogotá. As a key member of our workshop team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating daily activities, ensuring the efficient management of spare parts and tools, and maintaining high quality standards in repairs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities, from receiving clients to assigning work to technical staff.
  • Manage the inventory of spare parts and tools, guaranteeing their availability for repairs.
  • Maintain high quality standards in repairs, manage relationships with suppliers, and ensure that the workshop complies with safety and environmental regulations.

Requirements

  • Training in Business Administration or Engineering.
  • Certifiable experience in commercial areas.
  • Knowledge of industrial safety and hygiene.
  • Basic knowledge of Office and email.
  • Knowledge of the operation of tools and workshop equipment.
  • Knowledge of maintenance needs for workshop tools and equipment.

What We Offer

  • Salary of COP $3,000,000 to $4,000,000 with all legal benefits.
  • Commissions for compliance with indicators.
  • Indefinite term contract.
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 9 - 7 and Saturdays 9 - 5.
