About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing and Communications Specialist to join our team in Colombia.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing promotional and advertising initiatives to promote our organization's work using digital channels and tools. This will include creating and implementing communication strategies, monitoring, optimization, and analysis of our online presence.

You will work closely with our team to identify donors and volunteers to be recruited through different strategies, design marketing and communications strategies that align with our values, and measure results to clearly define how actions have contributed to achieving objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct analysis of the marketing and communications process internally and externally, understanding our online presence, visibility strategy, and consumer base.
  • Periodically analyze our positioning in the market, defining our cause pursued in each project and establishing objectives around it.
  • Identify donors and volunteers through various strategies, including lead campaign strategies and direct donation.
  • Design and implement marketing and communications strategies that align with our values, creating and disseminating images, messages, and ideas that best communicate our work.
  • Measure results to clearly define how actions have contributed to achieving objectives, using appropriate tools to do so.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A university or graduate degree in social communication, marketing and advertising, business administration, or related fields.
  • Digital donor acquisition experience through lead campaign strategies or direct donation.
  • Web programming and design skills.
  • Professional experience in formulating, designing, implementing, and measuring projects and integrated communication strategies.
  • Knowledge of internet marketing, websites, SEO and SEM positioning, social networks, analytics, crisis management, and more.
