Paralegal Assistant

The Legal Support Specialist provides critical assistance to the attorney and litigation team with handling litigation personal injury claims from inception to settlement.

1. Provide support during litigation proceedings, including responding to discovery requests and gathering information.
2. Collaborate with attorneys to prepare legal documents and maintain regular communication with clients.
3. Update clients on case progress and discuss legal matters in a clear and concise manner.
4. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategy and provide recommendations.
5. Assist in case management tasks, including organizing files, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
6. Familiar with legal case management systems and able to enter pertinent information into client files.
7. Investigate each case thoroughly and document findings in a timely manner.
8. Maintain regular contact with clients and manage medical care, including requesting and obtaining medical documentation.
9. Work with opposing counsel, experts, medical providers, and court reporters to schedule depositions and mediations.
