Job Overview
The Sales Supervisor/ Branch Director plays a pivotal role in leading and managing our branch, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences. As the face of our company, they foster trust and facilitate meaningful interactions with clients, particularly high-value individuals.
Main Responsibilities
- Leadership and Supervision
- Provide strategic guidance to the branch team, aligning their efforts with our business objectives.
- Plan and execute sales activities, ensuring effective collaboration among Analyst Consultants, Client Managers, and Relationship Managers.
- Client Engagement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, addressing their needs and preferences.
- Performance Management
- Oversee staff performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Operational Excellence
- Implement and maintain efficient branch operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Analyze branch performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
- Reporting and Documentation
- Prepare and maintain accurate corporate reporting, highlighting branch activity and performance metrics.
- Staff Development
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge, ensuring a highly qualified workforce.
Requirements
- 2 years of sales experience in a related organization (desirable).
- Personal experience in trading on Forex, CFDs, or the stock market (desirable).
- Experience in personnel management.
- Fluent English and Spanish.
- Knowledge of chart technical analysis tools and fundamental analysis experience.
- Confidence and experience in public speaking.
- Strong business negotiation, presentation, and persuasion skills.
- Experience with CRM systems (SalesForce preferably).
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
