At Dentsu Aegis Network Ltd., we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Director to lead our Workflow Management Practice. This is a unique opportunity to join our established Technology Strategy team and partner with senior capability leaders to build this practice.

This complex role involves leading the design and implementation of first-class Adobe Workfront solutions, ensuring they align with clients' project management needs and our business goals. You will need to work across various capability areas and possess deep technical knowledge, as well as experience in understanding how workflow management encompasses technology, people, process, and change management skills.

The ideal candidate will provide solution leadership, offering strategic guidance and accelerating delivery for clients. You will also partner with the SVP, Tech Strategy to create, steer, and lead the GTM strategy for this work. Additionally, you will be responsible for configuration SME tasks, applying Workfront design and configuration expertise.

We are looking for an expert in Workflow Management who can improve internal capability enablement, promote practice growth, and knowledge sharing. Your responsibilities will include providing expertise, vendor knowledge, and industry best practices across workflow management components. You will connect technology capability goals to client needs and build compelling stories to promote value.

In this role, you will lead daily delivery efforts, partnering with capability delivery members to complete materials in PowerPoint, Excel, Lucidchart, and other platforms. You will also lead discovery meetings with clients, new partners, vendors, or subject matter experts, taking notes, gathering documentation, and identifying follow-ups.

A successful candidate should have 5+ years of experience in Workfront design and implementation, including expert knowledge. They should also have 3+ years of Project Management experience, a foundation in Software Implementation, Reporting, and Analytics, and expert ability to architect, develop, and manage comprehensive Adobe Workfront solutions.

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $136,000 and $219,650, based on factors such as relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and location. The company offers a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and other perks.
