As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be working under direct supervision, utilizing the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, practice guidelines, and nursing judgment to deliver high-quality care. Your role will involve collecting patient data, making observations, and reporting pertinent information to the care of patients. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to direct and supervise care given by other nursing staff members as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Provide nursing care to patients requiring care and collect relevant patient data.
- Make observations and report pertinent information to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Direct and supervise care given by other nursing staff members, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Must be a licensed RN in good standing with the state (as required).
- 1+ years of nursing experience in a long-term care facility is strongly preferred.
- Reliable transportation is required.
