Job Summary:

The Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for handling incoming work orders, assessing and troubleshooting issues, and determining the right vendor for each task. Strong communication skills and proactive decision-making are essential for success in this position.

Position Overview:

In this role, you will receive and review work orders from multiple channels, assess and troubleshoot issues, and maintain consistent communication with tenants, vendors, owners, and property managers. You will also evaluate and assign work orders based on issue type, selecting the most appropriate vendor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and review work orders from phone, email, or Property Meld system
  • Assess and troubleshoot issues, guiding tenants on self-resolution when possible
  • Evaluate and assign work orders based on issue type, selecting the most appropriate vendor
  • Maintain consistent communication with tenants, vendors, owners, and property managers throughout the service process
  • Monitor work orders from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and effective service
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need strong communication skills, judgment, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in English is required, and familiarity with maintenance coordination or a related role is preferred.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of up to $1,400 USD per month, depending on experience. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST). This is an independent contractor position, and you will have the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the world.
