Job DescriptionUnder the guidance of the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Lead Recruiter will organize the team to deliver high-quality candidates in a timely manner.
Responsibilities- Organize the recruiting team to achieve goals through efficient processes and strategies.
- Conduct thorough performance evaluations to analyze performance metrics and outcomes.
- Adjust and fine-tune Service Delivery profiles to align with evolving business needs.
- Participate in and review weekly calls to provide constructive feedback and enhance communication.
- Acknowledge and negotiate requests from the WFM team to manage new requisitions.
- Orient the recruiting team on new procedures and best practices.
- Set up meetings with hiring managers to promote transparency and collaboration.
- Manage reports and maintain accurate information to inform decision-making.
- Streamline the hiring process by suggesting improvements to candidate applications and assessments.
- Facilitate comprehensive onboarding sessions to equip new hires with essential information.
- Engage in discussions to refine training methods and content to improve overall effectiveness.
- Organize sessions to standardize evaluation criteria and practices for consistent performance assessment.
- Manage multiple schedules, meetings, and initiatives efficiently.
We are seeking a candidate with:
- 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in high-volume recruitment processes.
- Proven leadership skills to guide and motivate teams to achieve goals.
- Strong multitasking abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications to streamline tasks and manage data.
- B2 English proficiency to engage in professional discussions and comprehend complex instructions.
$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
