Senior Campaign Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Campaign Manager to lead our Campaigns and Recalls team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing auto recall and campaign launch activities to ensure compliance with Federal and State rules and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic business plans and initiatives to support corporate objectives.
- Manage department budget and ensure alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with OEM and government relations teams to enhance internal processes and controls.
- Develop and implement training programs to strengthen the capabilities of the Campaigns and Recall team.
- Manage and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or related field.
- 10 years of experience managing recalls, campaigns, or data management.
- Experience in regulatory compliance and knowledge of relevant rules and laws.
- Demonstrated leadership in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to influence across all levels of a global organization.
- Hybrid work environment.
