Job Title: Senior Salesforce Solutions Architect

At VRP Consulting, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for designing and architecting solutions that effectively address stated objectives and business needs, while aligning to industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and architect solutions that meet client needs and objectives
  • Ensure the integrity of the solution design throughout the delivery process
  • Align functional requirements and delivery with the client's vision and goals
  • Engage with clients throughout the project lifecycle
  • Collaborate with team members to investigate, scope, and size client requirements
  • Help the team maintain and manage a comprehensive backlog of requirements
  • Be a source of quality control for client-facing interactions
  • Support presales for the Sales Team
Qualifications:
  • Architecting solution designs based on the core capabilities of the Salesforce platform
  • Broad knowledge of the Salesforce platform and ability to know what is or is not possible
  • Communication and empathy
  • Elicitation of functional requirements
  • Flexibility in operating on projects of high complexity
