Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Researcher to join our team. As an IT Researcher, you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top IT talent through various channels, including Boolean search, X-Ray, and networking. Your primary goal will be to build a pipeline of active candidates and maintain a robust candidate database.

Key Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract top IT talent, including Boolean search, X-Ray, and networking.
• Candidate Database Management: Maintain a comprehensive candidate database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Collaboration with Senior Recruiter: Work closely with the Senior Recruiter to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.

Requirements

• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of sourcing experience in IT, preferably with a focus on Boolean search and X-Ray.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates and stakeholders.
• Adaptability: Ability to switch dynamically between tasks and positions, prioritize them, and meet deadlines.
