In Colombia, our Administration and Finance Coordinator will play a critical role in leading the organization's financial, administrative, and operational management. This position is key to ensuring the effective use of resources, transparency, and compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee budget planning and execution, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Create and execute financial controlling analyses in collaboration with the Global Finance team.
- Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes with the Global Finance team and external accountants.
- Ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations.
- Manage and monitor liquidity and cash flow.
- Supervise bank reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable management, and payroll administration for contractors and vendors.
- Support business development and partnerships by developing funding proposals and financial reports.
- Coordinate external and internal audits, ensuring necessary documentation is available.
- Develop and improve internal financial policies and procedures.
