The Role:
This position offers the opportunity to join a dynamic team as an Attorney, playing a pivotal role in ensuring legal compliance and mitigating risks across our operations. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex agreements, advising on corporate governance, labor law, intellectual property, and privacy matters, and ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal agreements and commercial contracts.
- Support management with employment law matters, claims, and company policies.
- Assist the General Counsel in providing legal guidance across Latin America operations.
- Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and risk management policies to minimize liability.
- Monitor regulatory changes and assist in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements:
This role requires a minimum of 5 years of professional legal experience, a Bachelor's degree in law, political science, business, international relations, or a related field, and advanced English proficiency. Experience in drafting, advising on, and negotiating legal agreements is essential. Strong analytical skills, superior written and verbal communication, and effective negotiation abilities are also required.
