As a Dental Solutions and Technology Expert at Benco Dental, you will play a vital role in driving lead generation for our department portfolio. Your primary responsibilities will include co-traveling with the sales force to educate customers and curate qualified leads, presenting on regional calls, and representing the company at virtual and in-person events.
The goal is to empower and inspire our sales force to champion our solutions, ensuring we consistently achieve or surpass sales targets. To succeed in this position, you will be a high-energy professional with strong sales acumen, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
You will thrive in fast-paced environments, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for educating and empowering others. Key responsibilities include:
- Serving as a subject matter expert and ambassador of the Software and IT Solutions department
- Building trusted relationships with the sales force, acting as their go-to resource for portfolio-related inquiries
- Co-traveling with Territory Sales Representatives to educate customers and curate qualified leads
- Coaching Territory Reps to ensure lead submissions are accurate and detailed
- Developing and delivering compelling content for customer-facing and sales-facing presentations
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Clinical or dental office experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing required
- Experience with public speaking preferred
- Ability to travel up to 60-90% to attend co-travels, dental trade shows, regional meetings, and customer-facing events
