Main Responsibilities:
- Define and oversee user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for key procurement processes.
- Own and evolve the design system, ensuring scalability, consistency, and adherence to WCAG and Section 508 accessibility standards.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and policy teams to align UX strategy with business goals, technical constraints, and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor and guide UX designers to foster a user-centered design culture.
Must-Haves:
- 8+ years of UX design experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in information architecture, workflow design, and design system development.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for UI/UX design.
- Deep understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG, Section 508) and usability best practices.
