Job Title: Senior SAP SuccessFactors HCM Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP SuccessFactors HCM Consultant to join our team at N-iX. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for optimizing our human capital management processes using SAP SuccessFactors modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and architect HCM processes using SAP SuccessFactors modules
  2. Implement and configure Employee Central, Compensation, Variable Pay, and PMGM modules
  3. Develop and customize reports using various reporting tools within SAP SuccessFactors
  4. Configure and manage Recruiting, Onboarding, and Offboarding processes
  5. Set up and maintain Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
  6. Create and manage Data Models and Metadata Framework (MDF) objects
  7. Handle Organizational Data (ORD) and related configurations
  8. Manage system provisioning and user access
  9. Design and implement workflows to automate business processes
  10. Provide expert guidance to clients on best practices and industry standards
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  12. Conduct training sessions for end-users and administrators
Required Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementations
  3. Strong expertise in Employee Central, Compensation, Variable Pay, and PMGM modules
  4. In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors reporting tools and capabilities
  5. Proven experience in designing and implementing Recruiting, Onboarding, and Offboarding processes
  6. Advanced skills in configuring Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
  7. Proficiency in creating and managing Data Models and MDF objects
  8. Experience in handling Organizational Data (ORD) and related configurations
  9. Strong understanding of system provisioning and user access management
  10. Expertise in designing and implementing workflows
  11. Excellent communication and presentation skills
  12. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Desired Qualifications:
  1. SAP SuccessFactors certifications
  2. Experience with integration between SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems
  3. Knowledge of SAP HCM on-premise solutions
  4. Project management experience
