About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Culinary Operations Coordinator to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a key member of our culinary department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Executive Chef, including preparing and distributing reports, managing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
  2. Culinary Operations: Assist with the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and coordinating with vendors.
  3. Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of culinary staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  4. Communication: Serve as a liaison between the culinary department and other hotel departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  5. Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems in a timely and professional manner, ensuring minimal disruption to kitchen operations.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role in a 5-star hotel or similar environment.
  2. Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations, as well as excellent problem-solving and conflict management abilities.
  3. Skills: Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of professionalism.
