Infrastructure Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Coordinator to join our team at Goodyear. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for planning, administering, and implementing technical solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex projects and solutions, acting as an integrator involving other expert areas.
• Manage service provider performance and deliverables, ensuring proper operations support and documentation.
• Design solutions following Global Standards or creating regional ones when required.
• Provide high-level technical expertise and experience in planning, administering, and implementing technical solutions.
• Assess and evaluate current technologies and solutions, identifying better options based on market best practices or Goodyear specifics.
• Lead other technicians by example, promoting teamwork, quality deliverables, responsive support, and accountability for company results.
• Work collaboratively with international teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent IT work experience.
• 5 years of experience in leading architectural design of solutions and projects, supporting complex environments, and international teams.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, with good writing and speaking abilities.
• Project management experience using PMI-based methodology.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Information Technology or Business Administration.
• Portuguese language skills.
• PMI and ITIL certification.
• Certifications in the area of expertise.
