As a key member of our agile team, you'll play a crucial role in guiding scrum teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that development teams adhere to the principles of agile methodology, using values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success as a scrum master, with 3+ years of experience in a similar role. You'll also have a deep understanding of agile methodologies, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban. Excellent leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as strong communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and deliver solutions using agile methodology values, principles, and practices
  • Train, mentor, and support scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices
  • Determine and manage tasks, issues, risks, and action items
  • Schedule and facilitate scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes
  • Monitor progress and performance, and help teams make improvements
  • Plan and organize demos and product/system testing
  • Ensure the proper use of collaborative processes and remove impediments for the scrum team
  • Track project processes, deliverables, and financials
  • Prepare and present status reports to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field
  • Certified Scrum Master, SAFe preferred
  • 3+ years of experience as a scrum master or in a similar role
  • Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks
  • Leadership and management experience
  • Excellent people and project management skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Competitive salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year
