The successful candidate will have a background in engineering, project management, or a related field, and will have proven experience in managing propulsion systems or automotive-related projects.Key Responsibilities
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing propulsion system projects from initiation to completion. This will involve managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, acting as the primary liaison between the Stellantis plant and internal teams, conducting regular visits to the Stellantis plant, identifying potential risks, and developing mitigation strategies, and preparing and presenting project updates to stakeholders.Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field, proven experience in managing propulsion systems or automotive-related projects, a strong understanding of propulsion system components and processes, excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
