About This Opportunity

This Senior C++ Developer role involves working with cutting-edge technology to enhance and maintain backend servers for real-time trading applications. You will collaborate with business counterparts and other technical teams to deliver dynamic solutions on a Windows platform, contributing to mission-critical systems used in the financial sector.

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend servers in a C++ environment
  • Collaborate with business counterparts to deliver technical solutions
  • Contribute during all stages of the project lifecycle, from planning to production
  • Troubleshoot and address issues with QA and support teams
  • Provide production support by addressing critical client-facing issues as they arise
  • Continuously improve performance, efficiency, and reliability of systems
  • Strong English Skills (B2)
Requirements & Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in C++ programming
  • Strong knowledge of structural and object-oriented programming, including concepts, data structures, patterns, templates, and multithreaded programming
  • Proficient in version control systems (e.g., GIT)
  • Good knowledge of databases and basic SQL
  • Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
  • Strong communication skills to engage with teams across both IT and business units
  • Recognize and prioritize critical production or client-facing issues
