Job Overview

This role involves working as part of our global team of around 8000 employees, contributing to the development and implementation of research projects that inform our response to refugee crises. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting field research, analyzing data, and providing strategic recommendations to enhance our humanitarian efforts.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Designing and implementing research studies to inform our humanitarian programs;
  • Collecting and analyzing data from various sources, including field observations and stakeholder interviews;
  • Developing strategic recommendations to improve our response to refugee crises;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into program design and implementation;
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in a relevant field, such as international development, anthropology, or sociology;
  • Proven experience in research design, implementation, and analysis;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders;
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely;
