Sales Performance Manager

**About the Role**
We are seeking a talented Sales Performance Manager to join our team in Guatemala. As a Sales Performance Manager, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities within the market and driving direct sales of Alfa Laval products in Food & Water related industries and services.
Main Responsibilities:
- Analyze market insights and customer buying behavior to make informed sales plans aligned with business division strategy and targets.
- Manage leads from the market and customers, converting them into real business opportunities to ensure a robust pipeline.
- Become an active presence in the market, focusing on visits, meetings, and interactions with customers to understand their needs and highlight the value of our products and services.
- Run operations by managing the customer grid and proactive planning in our tools.
- Maintain a strong network with customers and develop highly profitable quotes reflecting their needs, emphasizing unique selling points and following up to achieve a high hit-rate.
- Utilize CRM tools and other resources consistently and qualitatively to support the sales process and decision-making.
- Serve as an active mentor for the Service Sales team in the sales process.
Requirements:
- University degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Chemical).
- Advanced/Intermediate English language proficiency.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Strong customer focus.
- Minimum five years of professional experience.
