Job Description:

The Regional Sales Leader will be responsible for leading a sales team in LATAM, executing a world-class sales methodology, and driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage a sales team to meet monthly goals, including activity metrics, forecasted opportunities, and revenue targets.
  2. Build confidence and trust with direct reports, providing developmental feedback for continuous improvement.
  3. Coach team members to develop their professional sales skills.
  4. Collaborate with other sales managers, directors, and executives to drive business growth.
  5. Supervise and conduct training on skills improvement, inbound sales, product, and marketing topics.
  6. Maintain headcount via recruiting, selecting, and training new Corporate Growth Specialists.
  7. Maintain professional and technical knowledge of inbound marketing and the HubSpot platform.
  8. Understand your country market(s) and build and execute plans to grow them.
Requirements:
  • This role requires employees to be based in Colombia and gives the opportunity to work remotely within Colombia.
  • 3+ years leading a sales team or coaching/mentoring others.
  • Professional fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Experience selling for all LATAM territories, including Mexico.
  • Experience leading a consultative sales process, with an ability to segment and manage territories effectively and work with partners to win business.
  • Superior coaching skills - ability to observe, evaluate, and use various techniques to improve results.
  • Detail-oriented and the ability to manage multiple objectives.
  • Good prospecting skills - demonstrate effectiveness on first part of the HubSpot sales methodology (Research & Connect, Explore & Strategize, Demo & Close Call).
  • Strong analytic skills to identify trends and gaps in activities and results in order to drive changes in team behaviors and build growth plans.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to drive business results through collaboration.
  • Strong individual & team motivation skills, with high self-awareness and good interpersonal and EQ skills.
