Regional Sales Leader

The Regional Sales Leader will be responsible for leading a sales team in LATAM, executing a world-class sales methodology, and driving business growth.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a sales team to meet monthly goals, including activity metrics, forecasted opportunities, and revenue targets.
- Build confidence and trust with direct reports, providing developmental feedback for continuous improvement.
- Coach team members to develop their professional sales skills.
- Collaborate with other sales managers, directors, and executives to drive business growth.
- Supervise and conduct training on skills improvement, inbound sales, product, and marketing topics.
- Maintain headcount via recruiting, selecting, and training new Corporate Growth Specialists.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge of inbound marketing and the HubSpot platform.
- Understand your country market(s) and build and execute plans to grow them.
- This role requires employees to be based in Colombia and gives the opportunity to work remotely within Colombia.
- 3+ years leading a sales team or coaching/mentoring others.
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish.
- Experience selling for all LATAM territories, including Mexico.
- Experience leading a consultative sales process, with an ability to segment and manage territories effectively and work with partners to win business.
- Superior coaching skills - ability to observe, evaluate, and use various techniques to improve results.
- Detail-oriented and the ability to manage multiple objectives.
- Good prospecting skills - demonstrate effectiveness on first part of the HubSpot sales methodology (Research & Connect, Explore & Strategize, Demo & Close Call).
- Strong analytic skills to identify trends and gaps in activities and results in order to drive changes in team behaviors and build growth plans.
- Ability to work cross-functionally to drive business results through collaboration.
- Strong individual & team motivation skills, with high self-awareness and good interpersonal and EQ skills.
