Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Lead and manage the engineering team, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Design Validation: Receive, analyze and validate the technical information provided by the client to start the design phase.
- Design Review: Validation and review of the designs for each of its phases prior presentation to the Commercial Team.
- Design Compliance: Validate compliance with design criteria (velocities, losses, uniformity coefficients, distribution coefficient).
- System Development: Oversee the design, development, and testing of irrigation systems and components.
- Subsystem Validation: Validation by subsystem (filtering, pumping, automation, valves) general quantities.
- Resource Management: Resource management for allocation to company's project requirements.
- Mentorship: Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Collaboration: Work hand in hand with the agronomy team in search of the best solutions.
- Technical Review: Conduct technical reviews and provide feedback on engineering designs and proposals.
- Documentation Management: Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in an engineering role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of irrigation systems and water management technologies, proven ability to manage engineering projects from conception to completion, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in engineering software and tools, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
