About Panagora Group

Panagora Group is a US-based small business that specializes in providing monitoring and evaluation services to the international development industry. We currently implement the USAID/Colombia Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Short-Term Activity (MELSA).

MELSA provides technical and advisory services to USAID in five key components: monitoring, performance and impact assessments, research and data analysis, geographic information systems (GIS), and collaboration, learning, and adaptation tasks (CLA). As part of MELSA, we are conducting a mid-term performance evaluation of the Partners for Transparency (PfT) Activity.

The PfT Activity aims to support locally driven solutions to increase transparency and accountability in Colombia, ultimately reducing corruption. This activity strengthens citizen-responsive governance and increases citizen trust by leveraging targeted stakeholders' expertise, engagement, and influence.

We seek a quantitative specialist to join our evaluation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the evaluation design, including theory of change analysis, sample design, indicator construction, and data collection methods. They will also oversee the sampling design, primary data collection instruments, and secondary data collection from government records.

The quantitative specialist will perform descriptive statistics on primary and secondary data, create tables and graphs as requested, and conduct quantitative analysis for reports and presentations. They will also support the team leader in preparing reports and presentations for USAID and implementing partners.

Responsibilities

  • Support the evaluation design, including theory of change analysis, sample design, indicator construction, and data collection methods.
  • Oversee the sampling design, primary data collection instruments, and secondary data collection from government records.
  • Perform descriptive statistics on primary and secondary data, create tables and graphs as requested.
