About the Role
Saj is looking for a talented Technical Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and training to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and training to customers on SAJ inverters and energy storage products.
- Assist the sales team with product demonstrations and technical explanations.
- Respond to after-sales inquiries and resolve technical issues.
- Deliver technical training to clients' engineering teams.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in the solar PV industry (preferred).
- Strong technical knowledge of solar inverters and energy storage systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
