We're looking for a skilled Technical Service Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Support-as-a-Service company, you'll be responsible for delivering top-notch technical support to our clients worldwide.
About the Job:
- Provide expert technical support via calls, chats, and emails, ensuring exceptional customer experiences
- Resolves complex support inquiries by gathering data and collaborating with internal teams
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of our clients' products and services, facilitating seamless communication
- Works closely with developers and other departments to identify and troubleshoot technical issues
Key Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
- Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, attention to detail
- Technical background related to networking (VPN/firewall/Amazon/Azure services, network as a service, cloud networking)
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity, working experience with ISP
