Compensation rates vary based on location and experience. In the US, we offer $50 per hour, while in Brazil, it's $38 per hour. In Egypt, the rate is $45 per hour, and in the Philippines, it's $35 per hour. With the ability to set your own schedule and work up to 40 hours a week, you can earn a competitive salary while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
Job Description
You'll be responsible for training large AI language models and evaluating the quality of AI-generated code. This involves writing functional and efficient code, as well as robust test cases to confirm the code works efficiently and effectively. We're looking for individuals with 3+ years of experience in software engineering and a solid understanding of Java.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have the following skills and qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a software engineering/software development role
- Complete fluency in the English language
- Ability to articulate complex scientific concepts clearly and engagingly
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in writing
- Solid understanding of grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines
- Proficiency with Java
