Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary technical contact for private cloud customers, providing guidance on technical delivery topics, technology discussions, and contractual entitlements related to technical components.
  • Owning the technical landscape, ensuring effective integration and efficient operation of systems.
  • Leading technical delivery and management of system landscapes as a representative of SAP Enterprise Cloud Services, ensuring end-to-end delivery excellence.
  • Acting as the single orchestrator for end-to-end delivery from SAP Enterprise Cloud Services, driving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Developing strategic technical engagement through service planning with clients, establishing trust and focusing on core services delivered.
  • Proactively managing operational security risk by addressing maintenance activities promptly, keeping customers informed about compliance reports, and closing risk letters.
  • Providing expert technical advice in safeguarding and sharing innovation roadmaps with customers.
  • Maintaining close collaboration with ECS Technical Operations to drive operational topics, including ticket handling.
  • Establishing strong relationships with all customer-facing roles in SAP to provide a unified One SAP experience.
  • Participating in the SAP overall governance model setup for each customer.
  • Engaging in active internal and external stakeholder management.
  • Proactively adding value to customers (business) by aligning VAT initiatives.
  • Guiding customers on key topics like Business Continuity, Security & Compliance.
  • Maintaining customer satisfaction through proactive issue mitigation and escalation management.
  • Supporting critical customer situations and de-escalations.
  • Protecting ECS revenue by being proactive in managing balance statement reviews, supporting contract renewals, and other revenue leakage possibilities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • High proficiency in customer communications and presentations.
  • Strong understanding of SAP solutions, including S/4HANA architecture, conversion, migration paths, and tools.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory; additional language skills are an asset.
  • Minimum 6 years of SAP Technical Administration with SAP Basis skills.
  • 3 years of customer-facing SAP Technical Consulting experience.
  • Experience in solution design, enterprise architecture, and SAP implementation.
  • Knowledge of SAP RISE or ECS experience is advantageous.
  • Experience in technical project planning, implementation, and configuration.
