Tetra Tech is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to support the Colombia Transforma program in the identification, structuring, implementation, and monitoring of construction activities and adaptation of small and medium infrastructure projects.

The successful candidate will provide technical support to the program team, including visits to technical infrastructure sites, development of monitoring and support plans, supervision, technical meetings, and joint work with communities to ensure the successful implementation and completion of program activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Formulation and implementation of small and medium infrastructure activities
  • Review and verification of budgets, terms of reference, and project products
  • Technical assistance for construction project formulation and adaptation
  • Supervision of works to ensure stability
  • Technical support to the program team in identifying and evaluating infrastructure feasibility

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field and minimum five years of experience in planning and implementing community-focused infrastructure projects.
