About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Integration Engineer to join our team at SUTHERLAND GLOBAL SERVICES. As an Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative integration solutions with our NICE Sales Performance Management Application Suite.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, specifically in areas such as Linux, shell scripting, data handling, SQL, and PL/SQL scripting. Additionally, they should have hands-on experience with enterprise software applications and be familiar with cloud-based technologies such as Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Responsibilities include:

* Implementing and deploying custom NICE's product suite solutions for clients
* Integrating NICE's applications with diverse enterprise systems and data sources using various technologies such as ETL processes, REST APIs, web services, XML, XSLT, and scripting languages
* Providing front-line support and troubleshooting for Sales Performance Management application issues

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
* 3+ years of experience in software engineering, specifically in areas such as Linux, shell scripting, data handling, SQL, and PL/SQL scripting
* Hands-on experience with enterprise software applications and cloud-based technologies such as AWS
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and collaboration skills
