We are seeking a skilled LPN to serve as our Director of Clinical Services at The Legacy of Camden, under partnership with Navion Senior Solutions. As a key leader, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality care, ensuring alignment with company standards and state regulations.
Main Responsibilities- Promote a culture of excellent customer service and quality care within the community.
- Evaluate staff performance based on wellness philosophy and objectives.
- Provide direct care to residents, managing their medications as needed.
- Maintain accurate health assessments and updated service plans for each resident.
- Ensure compliance with medication procedures and resident care management.
- Participate in Quality Improvement Committees, focusing on Resident Care, Infection Control, and Safety.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Current state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- At least two years of experience in management positions in Long Term Care, Assisted Living, or Skilled Nursing.
- Familiarity with geriatric care and disease processes.
- Strong knowledge of care planning and assessment processes.
- Effective communication and prioritization skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
