We're seeking a seasoned Frontend Rails Developer to join our dynamic software development team. This role offers the perfect blend of challenge and opportunity to deliver exceptional products and user experiences to our growing customer base.

This is a chance to be part of a collaborative environment where you'll work alongside talented developers, designers, and product managers. You'll be responsible for building and improving Charlie, a modern Rails app that's a joy to work on.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine Charlie's frontend, ensuring a seamless user experience
  • Collaborate with the design team to implement our design system and ship functional, beautiful features
  • Contribute to a cross-functional team, working closely with developers, designers, and product managers
  • Participate in code reviews, learning from colleagues and sharing your expertise
Requirements

Essential Skills

  • Professional experience with Ruby on Rails
  • Experience building web applications using HTML over the wire
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Self-awareness, humility, and a willingness to learn from feedback

Desirable Skills

  • Experience working on SaaS products
  • Familiarity with design systems and Stimulus/Turbo
  • Knowledge of web accessibility standards

What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of £52,000 to £60,500, based on your level within our progression framework
