Taxation Specialist

Viva International, a leading provider of tax services, is seeking a skilled Tax Associate to join their team in Medellin, Colombia. **Job Description**

As a Tax Associate, you will be responsible for conducting data entry for tax returns, utilizing critical thinking skills in tax planning scenarios, and assisting in tax planning activities. You will work closely with the tax team to ensure accurate and timely preparation of tax returns for US citizens and US businesses.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field and at least 4 years of verifiable experience in a similar position. Experience in US accounting is preferred but not required. You will also need strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel), tax software, and AI research tools.

**Benefits**

This is a full-time (40 hours) position with a hybrid schedule, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The salary for this position is $1,500 USD per month, and you will receive paid time off. English is the required language for this role, and you will be working in Medellin, Antioquia, Colombia.
