Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our Insights team as a Business Associate-Insights Specialist.

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in end-to-end project delivery, developing expert discussion guides and surveys based on client needs.

You will work with our Client Service Team colleagues on expert engagement and lead insights generation by conducting expert interviews and overseeing survey fielding.

Responsibilities

  • Project delivery: Develop expert discussion guides and surveys based on client needs, work with Client Service Team colleagues on expert engagement, and lead insights generation by conducting expert interviews and overseeing survey fielding.
  • Content & Practice Development: Contribute to content and practice development in the Insights team, including marketing materials and sector expertise initiatives.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience in producing and reviewing high-caliber reports, papers, presentations, and thought leadership.
  • A track record of successful project delivery in corporate businesses.
  • Professional services / consulting / research experience (transactions experience highly valued).
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to link analysis to financial impact, and understand the implications of findings to client strategy.
  • Strong team participation skills, particularly teams with diverse skills and backgrounds, coupled with the ability to coach and mentor others.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong work initiative and the ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas.
  • Professionalism and consistency in approach to client work, internal business, and practice development.
