Job Summary:

Solvo Global S.A.S is seeking a skilled Recruiter to drive our recruitment efforts and contribute to the growth of our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  2. Maintain and update our applicant tracking system with candidate information and progress.
  3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
  4. Assist in the development of job descriptions and job postings that effectively showcase our company culture and values.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
