About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled UX Designer to join our M365 Core Design Studio team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for delivering world-class interaction designs end-to-end, from incubation through to shipping product. You will work closely with cross-discipline partners, including PM, Engineering, Research, and Data Science, to align and deliver a crafted product vision.

Responsibilities

- Deliver world-class interaction designs end-to-end
- Collaborate with design and engineering partners to align and deliver a crafted product vision
- Create clarity and generate energy for your product and product teams through powerful storytelling
- Mentor and develop junior designers, helping them to grow their skills and advance their careers

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 5+ years experience working in product or service design OR Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 4+ years experience working in product or service design OR equivalent experience
- 5+ years of hands-on interaction design experience for large-scale product, including experience with information architecture, interaction design, UX/UI, user research, and usability testing
- Expertise in creating a variety of interaction design documents, including storyboarding, wireframing, design specifications, and redlines
