Job Responsibilities:
- Technical Roadmap Development: Manage the execution of technical aspects of the Salesforce solution roadmap, aligning it with business goals and objectives.
- Collaboration and Guidance: Collaborate with Kaseya Engineering, Networking, Data, and Information Security teams to ensure all Salesforce ecosystem features and enhancements conform with company policies and best practices.
- Expertise Provision: Provide expertise to Salesforce Administrators and Salesforce Engineers to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new capabilities and features.
- Lifecycle Management: Execute and manage the Salesforce implementation lifecycle, including configuration, customization, testing, and deployment. Knowledge and familiarity with Agile SCRUM methodology is preferred for this role.
- Scalable Solutions Design: Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that include Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud, and other Salesforce products and features.
- Development and Integration: Utilize advanced Salesforce development tools and techniques, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce DX. Implement and optimize Salesforce integrations using tools such as MuleSoft, Informatica, and other middleware solutions.
- Data Migration and Quality: Manage data migration and ensure data quality using Salesforce Data Loader, ETL tools, and advanced data management techniques.
- Security Compliance: Ensure compliance with Salesforce security best practices, including role hierarchies, sharing rules, and field-level security.
- Audits and Release Preparation: Conduct regular system audits and prepare for Salesforce releases by evaluating new features and their impact on our Salesforce environment.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Provide technical leadership and mentoring to other Salesforce team members and stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce trends and technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 7+ years of extensive Salesforce CRM/CPQ experience, with deep knowledge of product management practices and principles. Experience with Conga, Gearset, GitHub, MuleSoft, and modern DevOps methodologies is required.
- Proficiency in Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other platform features.
- Expertise in custom development using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce DX.
- Strong skills in integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware solutions like MuleSoft and Informatica, and custom integration techniques.
- Experience in managing complex data migrations and ensuring data quality through Salesforce Data Loader, ETL tools, and advanced data management techniques.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce security best practices, including role hierarchies, sharing rules, field-level security, and data encryption.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct system audits, prepare for Salesforce releases, and evaluate the impact of new features on the existing environment.
- Proven track record of providing technical leadership, mentoring team members, and staying current with the latest Salesforce trends and technologies.
- Flexible, adaptable, and resilient, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Highly customer-oriented, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and value.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to resolve complex business problems and handle ambiguity and uncertainty.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate product and technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Excellent English communication skills are necessary.
- Flexibility and availability to work on shifts that align with the work hours of the user base supported by the service.
